Thank you for shopping at Modas Ap! We want our customers to be completely satisfied with the products they purchase. If, for any reason, the product we sent you is faulty, we will replace it or refund the value of the product, through a simple process.
We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first five (5) days after you have received your purchase. If this period has passed, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it:
Send us an email to contacto@modasap.pt or to our support via WhatsApp explaining the situation and attaching photos or videos of the fault that the item presents.
Upon receiving your information, we will respond to your request as soon as possible. We will send you a new package with the merchandise.
If you need your money back:
The cost of returning the product will be the customer's responsibility.
The costs of the first shipment are non-refundable, so this amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
It is important not to open, break, manipulate or use the product to be returned. As a necessary condition for the replacement of the product or the refund of its value, it is necessary that the returned product is returned to Modas Ap in the same condition in which it was sent.
